The Cortland Standard will do their best to include our game summaries in the Sports section of the newspaper if this form is completed and submitted as per the instructions contained within the form. The winning coach should complete this form but the losing coach can complete if an agreement has been made between the coach's. Please do your best to submit a completed form for all games as the children enjoy seeing their names in the paper.
